A good lawn is not complicated. It gets cut on schedule, at the right height, with clean edges, every single time. That consistency is what 937 Ground Worx delivers. We provide weekly and bi-weekly lawn care throughout Clinton, Fayette, Greene, and Highland counties, from in-town yards in Wilmington and Xenia to acreage properties outside Hillsboro and Washington Court House.
Our standard mowing service covers the full property, not just the open grass. Every visit includes:
The result looks finished. Not just shorter.
It depends on the season, and we will tell you straight. Southwest Ohio lawns are mostly cool-season grasses like tall fescue and Kentucky bluegrass. Those grasses grow hard from mid-April through June. During that stretch, weekly mowing keeps the lawn healthy and keeps clippings from clumping. Skip a week in May and you are cutting hay.
Summer is different. Growth slows in July and August heat, and many lawns do fine on a bi-weekly schedule until fall growth picks back up in September. We adjust with the season instead of selling you cuts your lawn does not need. That honesty is why our customers stay.
Scalping a lawn in July is the fastest way to kill it. We cut fescue and bluegrass at 3 to 4 inches in summer heat. Taller grass shades the soil, holds moisture, and crowds out crabgrass. In spring and fall we bring the deck down some. Sharp blades, correct height, consistent schedule. That is most of lawn health right there, and it costs nothing extra.
Most residential lawns in Clinton, Fayette, Greene, and Highland counties run $40 to $65 per cut. Price depends on lot size, obstacles like trees and playsets, slopes, and gate width for backyard access. Larger rural properties are quoted by the acre. Text a photo of your yard to 937-481-8354 and we can usually give you a real number the same day. No contracts. We earn the spot on the schedule every week.
Not every job is a route job. We handle one-time and recovery cuts for situations like these:
Tall grass takes more than one pass and sometimes a bagging run, so recovery cuts price higher than a maintenance cut. If the growth has gone past grass into brush and saplings, that becomes a land clearing job. Same crew. Same phone number.
Weekly and bi-weekly lawn care service runs through Wilmington, Blanchester, and Sabina in Clinton County; Washington Court House and Jeffersonville in Fayette County; Xenia, Beavercreek, Fairborn, Bellbrook, Jamestown, and Cedarville in Greene County; and Hillsboro, Greenfield, and the Rocky Fork Lake area in Highland County. Close to one of those but not on the list? Call anyway. The answer is usually yes.
We are locally owned and operated. When you call, we answer. Your lawn gets the same crew each visit, so we learn the property: the soft spot by the downspout, the dog that needs the gate latched, the corner the last company always missed. Small things. They add up to a lawn you never have to think about.
Most residential lawns in our four-county area run $40 to $65 per cut based on size, obstacles, and access. Larger rural properties are quoted by the acre. Text a photo to 937-481-8354 for a fast quote.
No. We work visit to visit and earn the route spot every week. If we ever stop doing the job right, you can drop us with a text.
We push the route back a day instead of rutting up wet ground. You get a text if your day moves.
We mulch by default because clippings feed the lawn. We bag when the situation calls for it, like recovery cuts on overgrown grass.
Yes. Mid-season switches are common and there is no setup fee. We can usually work a new lawn into the route within a week.
